Our principal aim is to provide a high quality of service. We aim to carry out all our tuning and technical work with care and attention to detail, and technical protocols are always observed where at all possible.
When we carry out a repair, we do everything possible to ensure that the problem is fixed, and to the extent

it will stay fixed permanently. When the repair is complete, we always check the result for confirmation that our diagnosis was correct.
We aim to ensure that as far as possible you have been fully appraised of any technical issues. If it becomes apparent that additional work or a repair is necessary over and above the job that has been planned, we will always consult with you first before commencing the repair, so that if necessary, we can prioritise the work according to your need and your available budget. We do not commit you without your knowledge to expense that you cannot afford.
